Veren Place Odessa is situated on the banks of the Oka river in Nizhny Novgorod, less than 2.5km where the river converges with the mighty Volka. It overlooks the expansive parklands next to the Oka river, and is centrally located between the Lobachevsky University campus, the famed Spit of Nizhny Novgorod featuring the stunning Sobor Svyatogo Blagovernogo cathedral, the amazing Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin fortress, the historic Dmitrievskaya Tower, and the monumental Chkalov Stairs.


    Inspired by Le Corbusier's modernist architecture, the 17-story residential building stands slightly over 71 metres high. The monumental looking structure features V-shaped Corten steel pillars, a 10 metre glazed vestibule at ground level, white and black brickworks, an impressive glass façade, and stepped terraces atop. With floor to ceiling glazing, all 114 exclusive apartments enjoy amazing views over the parklands, the Oka river or the cityscape.
