 Built on one of the most prominent plots along Ha Long City’s main street in the heart of Bai Chay.  The contemporary 4-star Hotel and Condotel enjoys panoramic views across the expansive Halong Park towards the world-famous Ha Long Bay.

    The architects aimed at maximizing the visibility of both the sea and the surrounding landscape. It consists of 250 hotel rooms and 506 condotel units, in addition to seven podium levels that host food and beverage outlets, MICE spaces, a mini cinema, and communal areas.


    The contemporary architectural design is inspired by the monolithic limestone formations that appear to float on the water. The podium levels are designed with protruding façades that maximise the exposure towards the main street. The frontal façade has been optimised for uninterrupted views towards the bay through the use of extensive glass elements, while the back  façade facing the hills features alternating triangular forms that add a sense of movement to the structure.
