River Park Kutuzovsky in Moscow’s Dorogomilovo District presents the district’s latest gentrification chapter. Situated adjacent to Moscow River, the five towers are right across the banks of the famed Moscow International Business Center (MIBC).

On ground level, the expansive art-infused parklands connect the five buildings with the retail and hospitality spaces on ground level. Modern art sculptures and public lighting installations support the richly layered softscape, and guide people to the various congregation and entry points. Public seating lining numerous passive spaces, nooks and mini-parks allow residents and visitors to break away from the city’s bustle.

A plethora of ground textures and slopes support areas where traffic flow is encouraged, and where pedestrians and vehicles are meant to slow down or stop. The stepless drop-off areas lead into open, light-filled arrival lobbies that feature custom interior furniture with a contemporary touch. The spaces feature clean lines embellished by bold geometric forms, polished stone floors, metallic highlight textures, recessed lighting and custom chandeliers.

While the ground level keeps things at human scale, the 5 ultra-modern residential skyscrapers can be seen from afar. Featuring striking glass facades, and distinct geometries amongst their mid-sections, the towers cement the project in the east of the megacity.
