Meysenses Lucia Bay Bai Lu, a 5-star hotel and resort project, is mooted to be built on a 300 hectares site within a pristine bay between the Nghi Tien and Nghi Yen communes in Nghe An province in Vietnam. The first phase encompasses a 500-room 5-star resort operated by Mgallery, 320 villas, and multiple restaurant and MICE facilities.

Built alongside a one kilometre private beach, and surrounded by untouched pine forest hills, the architects were considerate to reference the flora of Nghe An, and the pine forest that surrounds the beach-front site.

Drawing from pine forests, the building and landscaping architects reference forms, layers, colours and scents of pine trees and cones in their designs. Earthy tones and tactile textures evoked a sense of calmness and tranquillity.

Our visuals were created during the concept design phase to tie together the existing topography, the proposed landscape design, the conceptual building architecture, and the project’s key facilities.
