Levenson
Moscow
Russia
Here an excerpt of our concept design renders featuring the neighbouring Levenson Print Shop building (which we had to model in CG as well) and the proposed residential Levenson building addition.
The 6-building urban renewal project built on an exclusive 1.4 hectare site includes extensive reconstructions and new buildings. The site is located in the heart of Moscow - on Patriarch's Ponds. At the centre of the project is the famous historical mansion by F. Shekhtel which later housed the famed Levenson Printing House that was awarded the honorary title of supplier to the Tsars of Russia.
The new buildings are purposely designed with an array of different forms, lines, materials and design references in continuation of the rich façade of the Levenson Printing House, and to celebrate the various architectural eras that have influenced the area. The new residences feature front and side terraces, attics with private roof terraces that enjoy sweaping views to the exclusive centre of Moscow, private patios, duplexes, two-leval mezzanine condominiums with up to 6 metre high ceilings.
